3、Description

PL86051 is a high voltage Buck Converter designed for high performance synchronous Buck DC/DC applications with input voltages up to 60V. PL86051 integrates a high efficiency synchronous stepdown switching regulator, which includes a 60V, 20mΩ high side and a 60V, 20mΩ low side MOSFETs to provide 5A continuous load current over12V to 60V wide operating input voltage. PL86051 switching frequency is programmable from 50 kHz up to 500 kHz allowing the flexibility to tune for efficiency and size. The output voltage can be precisely regulated using the internally 1.2 V reference voltage for low voltage applications. Protection features include user programmable under voltage lockout, over voltage lockout and over current protection. The supply current drops below 20μA in shutdown mode. PL86051 is a good choice for car infotainment application, telecom bus converter, etc.
